“This chivda is okay — I appreciate the effort to make it with millets and without palm oil as described. However, the tomato flavor was a bit too mild for my liking. And after a while, the saltiness felt a little strong. If you like subtle tang and don’t mind salt, you’ll enjoy it. But I expect a stronger kick next time.”

“Very good snack overall. I liked how light and airy it feels — the roasting (not frying) really helps. The tomato spice is there, but for me it could be a little more pronounced. I also found a few slightly harder bits, but they were few. Still, a healthier alternative to regular namkeen that I’ll happily finish.”

“I’m so glad I tried this tomato millet chivda! The tangy tomato flavour is refreshing and not too intense. It’s nicely crunchy without being oily, which I love because sometimes savory snacks feel greasy. The millet blend gives it a wholesome texture. Perfect for munching in the evening with chai. Highly recommended!”
